I sent these for a friend’s birthday. She sent me a photo of them 3 days after receiving them, I was surprised and disappointed to see that they were not as pictured on your website. The flowers were different. I’m not sure if I’ll be using you again

I am very disappointed about the orquídeas that I been delivered last Saturday they all fell off and looks so sad I wii send the photo of the orquídea

I’ll be honest, I paid £68 for flowers that came with half of it wilted!, it came with no water in the bag as you normally would with other big flower companies like AppleYard. The bunch was sooo small and soooooo soooo disappointing that I will never be shopping from here again. If you want to get something for your gf or mother honestly do not, the picture and what arrived were two total different things! I don’t care about seasonal flowers, I don’t even care that you may have used different ones, but for £68 having the audacity to put wilted dying flowers that’s gone dry around the edges is just daylight robbery! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

First order I paid for a large bouquet and didn’t receive a large bouquet. I was sent replacement missing flowers. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and order again and the same happened, this bouquet was pitiful. Customer services have said they will replace missing flowers but I won’t order again. I should have read trust pilot before ordering. Maybe concentrate on sending correct bouquets to the people who have paid for them instead of sending freebies to Instagram influencers! The pic attached is ment to be a £35 bouquet. The delivery was on time…plus side

The bouquet i ordered was so much smaller than the image on thw website. For £45 i could have done a much bigger bouquet making it myself gping to tesco. Very disappointed! Would not recommemd or come back.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day for my wife. By the second day the roses had started to curl up and go badly brown around the edges and greenery had wilted. Had to throw away. Put complaint into Haute and after chasing they refunded money. V disappointing experience.

Sadly the wrong flowers were sent and chocolates were sent rather than the birthday cake that I ordered. After complaining the right bouquet was sent but this was 2 weeks after my friend's 80th birthday. Regretfully I would not use again.

These flowers were sent to me by my sister for a special birthday. The flowers were beautiful but VERY short-lived. Usually, a hand tied bouquet will last a good 8 to 10 days with the correct care and flower food. Sadly these flowers were brown and dying within a week. I would not use Haute in the future.

Valentine’s Day order was delivered incomplete much to the disappointment of my wife and young daughters. Haute florist did not see the value in rectifying the order due to the cost of the forgotten item - would rather have sent the item than received the refund!

Don't buy flowers from these people they send you dying roses and piddly little ones too not happy for the money my husband paid for my valentine Day bouquet absolutely rubbish

I have used Haute florist many times and always been very happy with the service. I ordered a blue Hydrangea for my good friend who has just come home after heart surgery. It was very important to me that it arrived yesterday. It didn't arrive as promised and also no communication with me about it. I can't see any easy way to ring you to discuss this. I'm very disappointed.

Lovely flowers but I paid for a large bunch and was very disappointed with the amount that arrived. The picture online shows a medium bunch and what arrived was smaller in my opinion, not bigger. Definitely not worth the money

The flowers were all fresh and lovely, but I paid £30 for such a tiny bouquet, pretty disappointed for the money paid!!

Ordered the country wild bunch as they were pretty and chose to pay extra to make it a large bunch. The flowers arrived on time but the pink roses were substituted for orange so made the bunch look cheap. Few leaves were bent and lost a few petals in transit. They also sent a medium bunch instead of a large which was paid for.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on 24th Jan. This date was available on your website but then on the day I was informed by email that delivery was 25th Jan. Very disappointed

Yet again a special occasion was missed! I ordered flowers for my friend’s 60th birthday to be delivered on Monday 24th January. They were not delivered till the following day.Why offer a specific day to deliver when it doesn’t actually happen? Blaming the pandemic is no excuse now. 2 out of 3 of my orders were late. You spoiled the occasion again!

picked the belle in black bouquet, £50, was really disappointed with the size of the bouquet, really small for the price. Also had them delivered to my mums work but forgot to add my mums name, only had the place of business and they were unable to amend this with 3 days notice before delivery was due. I had ordered 4 days in advance. Poor service overall,

I ordered and paid for a white orchid in ceramic pot to be delivered on Saturday 8th January 2022 - nothing arrived - I only received an automated response to my email enquiries. I have requested my direct debit payment be reimbursed - perhaps I shouldn't hold my breath waiting for that. I will not be recommending Haute Florist to anyone
