The recipient, whose special Anniversary it was,says the flowers are simply beautiful. Fresh. And they are delighted with them. dropped the stars from 5* to 4* because Royal Mail delivered them one day late.

I have used haute florist several times- always completely satisfied- I order 2 bouquets this time for different people as a thank you - the Purity was amazing as usual but-the Summer Soirée disappointing - they were very floppy and looked as though they had just been gathered roughly together some of the flowers were tired looking

Ordering was really easy. The flowers were beautiful and exactly as shown on the website. The downside was the delivery driver left them at a rarely used side door. They were a birthday gift and when three days after the birthday, we hadn't heard anything, we rang and asked if they had been delivered. The receipient then went looking!!!!! I got a text with a picture but didn't realise it wasn't the front door. Not your fault and have to say, the flowers were still in perfecet condition.

The flowers and gift were beautiful. However the delivery could have been more transparent as they could have tried to deliver when I wanted. My sister didn't get her present for two days as she was away.

Hello. Your service was outstanding, easy to order and delivery on time. However although the flowers received were a beautiful bouquet of red roses, I order a bouquet of summer garden! I have emailed but have not since had a reply which would be courteous. I would use your service again as I like to think it was a one off mistake, easily made.

I thought Haute did a great job, the flowers were well-priced, the ordering was easy, and they arrived on time. My only criticism is that the flowers weren't quite as shown on the website, lacking some variety. I also went for the bigger size, but it still felt a little small.
