Ordered next day flowers well within the cut off time. They didn’t arrive next day and when I raised it I was told that in their T&C’s it states they never guarantee next day which isn't clear. Nice flowers but let down by poor customer service.

Order the large bouquet and it was a lot smaller than the pictures. I was surprised when I received the order. With that said flowers are beautiful.

Ok quite disappointed with the £35.00 bouquet when i compare with a like for like you can buy at the supermarket and i dont think the delivery justifies the cost. There always seems to be far too many cheap carnations to bulk up and i didnt even get the notification email to say it was delivered and had to text the recipient to ask if her birthday flowers had turned up. Finally i feel a little duped as well when i order from Haute Florist thinking im getting better quality and dont mind paying more for that but question this when it actually turns out its Prestige Florist im using and the bouquet pictures are grossly over exaggerated. I feel a bit cheated and deceived for wanting to give someone something lovely that they deserved. Think twice next time.

We bought the Tikal arrangement to cheer our dad up. On arrival the flowers were stunning, ordering and delivery I can not fault, however the flowers arrived on Wednesday evening and by the Sunday they were wilting and looked awful. I'm very disappointed as I would have been expected them to last a little longer than 3 days.

I ordered these flowers for a friend who had had an operation. On arrival, she said they looked beautiful. However, I visited her yesterday, 2 days after they arrived, and the roses in the arrangement were already wilting. I was a little disappointed, as this did deflect from the hydrangeas they were supposed to complement.

Had no contact from the delivery people at all before and after delivery and flowers did not seem to be in very good condition

Ten out of ten for the flowers but one out of ten for late delivery as ordered several days in advance but delivered a day late.

Lovely flowers but they’re not large and if they are I suggest you take a look at your sizing , disappointed if I am honest with the sizing. Looks like any normal size bouquet.

Wrong order. Unfortunately, the wrong size of bouquet was sent to a dear friend. When I received a thank you message and images of the flowers in her home, I noticed the side of the arrangement and contacted customer service. After some back and forth, with me explaining what images are on the website, the customer service representative did inform me that they sent the wrong size. They delivered some additional flowers (not a complete arrangement) to my friend and forgot to mention who it was from.

Ordered a bouquet to be delivered on a Monday for my mother’s birthday. The flowers that were delivered were just awful most were wilted and some rotted. I’m pleased to say that customer service provided a replacement bouquet on a day of our choice. Not sure if I’d use again but I’m pleased that the issue was resolved. Maybe because they were despatched on a Sunday?? I don’t know, I never received any explanation…z

Slightly disappointing as the personalised card didn’t get delivered with the flowers. A shame as the flowers were very nice and the service so efficient.

the flowers were to tall for the box ^ it was very diffecult to cut the stems when watering The top of the flowers were damaged & hag,d to be cut of

I tried to add a personal card with my flowers but had to re-write it 4 or 5 times as it kept disappearing from the web page. Once it worked then I was delighted with the process.

Great customer service but so disappointed with post office delivery service they were for my daughters birthday yesterday but after realising no one was going to be in as tracking was rubbish we changed adress to a neigbours but they still delivered to her address! So rescheduled to come to my place of work but they delivered to her home address...luckily she has finally gpt them and is pleased with them

Flowers were a lot small that expected considering I paid extra for the largest option.. Delivery was fast though!

I thought the bouquet was not as big as I expected for the price I paid (£50in total) so I was disappointed. I won’t order with you again.
