Disappointing, inconsistent service. I have placed 4 orders with this company over the past 3 months and found the experience a real mixed bag of dreadful, great, and just disappointing. The quality of the flowers varies, the accuracy of the delivery dates varies, though next day delivery service seems to work really well. The first time I complained (they delivered the wrong bouquet and failed to deliver the vase I paid for as an added extra) the customer service was amazing. But this week they completely failed to deliver on the right day which was a huge disappointment (even though I ordered 2 weeks in advance), and customer service was shocking. I would not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointing bouquet. Paid £10 extra for large bouquet and dread to think what a small one would look like! The fragrance was lacking also! At least it arrived on time!

The flowers arrived on time and are stunning. UNFORTUNATELY it turns out that I wasn't ordering flowers from a new company, instead its a company I vowed I would never do business with again Prestige Flowers. Prestige Flowers disappointed not only me on many occasions but also the recipients. Will I order again from Haute aka Prestige Flowers......I don't know. I Feel that they used false advertising, had I known that Haute were infact Prestige Flowers I would not have given a second look.

Very disappointed with what I wanted compared to what was received. I ordered the ‘Magnificent- hatbox flowers’ which looked quite different to the picture. Their was very few roses and very little Ferraro Roche. This was a gift and did not turn out how I expected it to be. However the item did reach on time and in good condition.

My flowers were delivered yesterday,for my birthday.They were not of your usuall standard,especially the roses.You will note I have made many orders over the last year,but am now hesitant to use your company again.Do not send me a further bunch,as I have other flowers people gave me yesterday.

Very disappointed in the quality of the flowers. Very wilted and half dead. Had to throw half away only two days later. Will not be ordering again.

I note that the links to an unflattering review of Haute Florist do not load, whereas the one for a postive review loads without problem. This seems problematic. I was disappointed by the flowers I ordered for a significant birthday. They cost £50 and from the photograph of what the recipient received, it seems to be a pretty thin bunch of flowers. The flowers themselves seems to be in good condition but for that amount of money, having ordered a 'medium' size bouquet, I expected a more dramatic density of flowers. I am not likely to use Haute Flowers again.

Unfortunately although I placed my order before the notified cut off time for Saturday delivery, I did not receive my flowers until 12.39 pm on. Monday with several of the flowers wilted by that stage.

Flowers ordered for delivery more than a week before failed to be delivered on the due date and were attempted to be delivered by Royal Mail two days late, but some 6 days after they had been ready for dispatch, no one was home and due to a holiday weekend it took a further 4 days to get them by which time they looked rather forlorn. The customer care team were good and after declining an offer of a partial refund in vouchers to spend with Haute I did get a full refund. I’d be wary of ever using Haute but at least I did get an immediate apology and full refund in the end and the two stars are simply for the quick response by the customer care team.

So the flowers were magnificent! However your company was badly let down by courier. Glowers arrived 24hrs late!! Ruined the day..... I am unlikely to use your company with the Royal Mail courier!

Very disappointed. The number of flowers delivered was nothing like the number shown in the photograph, 20 shown in photograph, only 12 in the bunch delivered and I paid an extra £10 for a large.

The flowers were delivered on time for my sister in laws birthday, but she sent me a picture of them and I was disappointed as they were much smaller than the ones online. Even though I had specifically ordered the medium size bunch and not the small bunch. You can see from the photos the ones in the vase are not as big or full as the ones advertised. I would not order from here again.

I was really disappointed with the look of the flowers when delivered . They do not look anywhere as near as nice nothing as your photos. The flowers were fully open so won’t last long. This was a £40 bouquet but looked like something I would pick up from the supermarket for half the price.

The delivery was on time, and the flowers deemed good quality. However, as can be seen in the photograph, one of the main features of the bouquet - the blue hyacinths - were missing. In their place were pink ones. These looked awful by comparison, clashing with the tulips badly. I won't use Haute again because I don't feel I can rely on them to actually send what they say they are selling. In this instance they should have marked the bouquet as out of stock online and asked me to choose an alternative that they could honour. I was very ashamed, my recipient would have thought I considered that ugly colour combination a good one, when in fact I thought it vile. I complained and received a 20% discount. But my recipient is still looking at a visually hideous bouquet. Never again with Haute.

I received some Letterbox flowers from my husband for our 30th Wedding Anniversary on 23 March. They are appalling, the roses were losing their petals when I opened the box and 2 of them are drooping so badly they will be dead in the next day or so. My husband has wasted his money. DO NOT buy flowers from this website!!

Flowers were perfectly suitable, however the small included card is a real let down and ruins the moment. The card wasn't folded neatly in half and was partly ripped - very disappointing. Best not bothering with it at all.

Perfectly packaged. Some in bud and some opened. Very pleased but after placing in a vase for Mother’s Day gift, I noticed after about an hour they started to go limp. Lasted 2 days. Did not go brown but just collapsed. Not good for £55. Would not buy again.
