“The flowers arrived next day and looked very fresh. My friend was thrilled. I chose the medium size bunch. It looked lovely but my only criticism would be there seemed to be too much green foliage compared when with the picture shown fof the available options.”

“I ordered some peonies that died almost immediately. However the florists sent a new bouquet of flowers straight away. I was especially pleased because after an operation was staying with my sister while I recovered. The flowers were for her and her husband. So than you Haute florists for that gesture which was appreciated. The new bouquet of lilies and roses and mixed flowers was lovely. Sometimes things go wrong but you made the gesture so many thanks”

“Fast and easy ordering process. Who they were gifted to thought they were beautiful. My only thoughts is that I ordered a medium size bouquet and it looked on the small side.”

“My birthday friend loved the peonies. Some were fully open, others closed. Delivery didn’t go smoothly but Royal Mail made a Saturday afternoon delivery to her home.”
