“The ‘large’ bouquet I ordered and paid extra for (bouquet was meant to be worth £80+) was NOT LARGE and a complete waste of money. This was roughly the size of a £10 bouquet from Tesco so I urge you to save your money. The lily’s were also rotting on the stem (all of them) so they needed removing immediately. I tried to contact customer service but no response. Won’t be wasting my money again!”

“Been using haute florist for a while now my go to place for flowers for every occasion! Birthdays, graduations, weddings etc. have never been let down all of the flowers ordered have been loved by every recipient! And have always been delivered on time! Will continue on using honestly the best one line florist out there!”

“I’ve used haute before. The flowers are beautiful. There are some more unusual bouquets of flowers .. nicer than some of the competitors out there. There was one small irritation. When I ordered them it said they would be delivered on the Tuesday but they weren’t delivered until the Wednesday.”

“Ordered flowers for my mums birthday, to arrive on a specific date. They arrived in good care and mum was thrilled by the unusual beauty of the bouquet, unlike anything she'd seen before. “I’ve used Haute Florist for a while now and mostly the flowers and service are fabulous. Unfortunately the last two deliveries have been very late (7pm) in the chosen day which is not acceptable especially when I put the order in several days before. Also this time some of the roses had black edges. Overall I will continue to use Haute and hopefully they will fix these issues.”

“Everything was fine and the flowers were fabulous. Except one small very annoying issue that all other florists do that you do not or it is very difficult to find on your web site. Why do you not clearly show the delivery date of the flowers on all your emails to customers and also online clearly so the customer can go on line and check it. All florists do it except you. As I was sending multiple flowers on different dates it was really annoying to have to write to your customer support to find out the date flowers were being delivered. Only a small point but it would put my off using you again. As the service was not seemless. Sounds petty but just saying froma custners point of view. Might be something to add.”
