So disappointed to hear from my son, that the flowers I had sent, for his partner’s birthday, were more than underwhelming. Apparently, there were about 8 stems in the order, and they couldn’t find a vase small enough to display them! I am so embarrassed. I picked Haute, to give another supplier a chance, but it’s not one that will be repeated.

I've had no confirmation that the flowers were delivered as promised. They were going to a care home and there is no way I can contact the recipient at the moment. I received only a general unhelpful automatic email to my enquiry. The flowers were not cheap, and I would really like confirmation of delivery.

I ordered 2 bouquet. First on on a PC not an issue second from a tablet, couldn’t activate the personalized card function then auto added £5 to the order. Received an email to confirm the order and say another email will be sent when despatched. No despatched email sent for both orders. The customer communication is a bit slow.

Incredibly disappointed with my order from Haute. I ordered a “large” bunch of the Roma for a family member who experienced a loss and it was laughably sparse and didn’t include a number of stems that are depicted in the photo. It looked smaller than the depicted medium even! Although the blooms themselves were good quality, the bunch sadly looked so small and cheap, despite the fact it really wasn’t. I won’t be returning.

Chose a next day delivery for a very important occasion however, the items were sent a day later. I specifically chose Haute with the confidence that the items will arrive right on time (next day) as advertised on the app. Further, the promotional code for first time app users did not work at all! Quite deceiving and disappointing.

I have been trying to order some flowers the last few days and wanted to add a birthday card but after completing the card and go on to checkout the card is not added. I asked some one from your team why this is, and they advise that the card will appear at the checkout stage but it still did not.

Our delivery was a day late. The timing was not good. This is our 1st time using Haute. I thought we were paying a bit more to ensure the delivery date. Apparently not the case. Maybe refund us an appropriate amount?

I ordered a £55 Orion bouquet for my father’s 91st birthday, he is on palliative care, so will be his last birthday. The bouquet was delivered on time, but was very underwhelming, certainly nothing like the luxury bouquet that was pictured. You could probably buy this from M & S for £20, or less. I did complain, but was offered a £15 voucher for my next bouquet; I can safely say I will not be using Haute florist again. I requested a £20 refund, which I felt was completely fair. They insisted on sending another bouquet, so I picked a Sunburst. This was delivered a week after my father’s birthday, but again disappointing. I wish I’d used Interflora, but wanted something extra special, unfortunately Haute florist did not deliver this.

Ordered flowers a couple of times from site and they have been okay. However ordered flowers for my friends 30th and the roses did not look fresh! Actually embarrassed by how they looked

I bought these for my sister in law’s birthday, they arrived a day late. Supposed to be next day delivery but wasn’t so arrived the day after her birthday, she said they were very nice but I disappointed they were late. So for that reason probably won’t be ordering again.

My son and his fiancée sent me a thank you bouquet last week and I am shocked that the flowers didn’t even last 4 days, I didn’t want to spoil things for my son as it was such a nice thought of theirs but really a waste of their money. Unable to contact any kind of customer service which has not helped matters either. Does anyone at Haute actually care?

I have used Haute Florists many times, but I thought that the recent purchase was below par and smaller than I had expected as I had paid an extra £10 for a larger bouquet.

I would love to say I have had a good experience but unfortunately I have not still waiting for flowers to be delivered to my daughter that I ordered on Thursday so no not happy at all and as I ordered flowers for my friend too first experience disappointed
