“The whole process was completely painless, the engineers were efficient, clean and tidy and the job is excellent. We are very pleased indeed. It is a no brainer to have a professional installation with no capital outlay. My daughter has had hers done as well. The main problem recommending people is convincing them that there is no catch. It really is that good.”

“Good Customer Service, the workmen were friendly, efficient and tidy. I Thank You So Much, if it wasn't for your Fantastic Deal, I think I would still be without Hot water and Heating NOW, as not having funds to pay for a new boiler as my old boiler had blown up and unable to get the parts needed for repair. I had already been without a boiler for 5 weeks and was stressed out, as I have an Elderly Mother and Teenage Daughter to care for. I saw your advertisement on facebook and am so Pleased that I did!!! The boiler is so quiet and I have saved @ least £50 per quarter on my gas bills so far. I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.... I SEND A BIG THANK YOU HFB TO ALL YOUR MEMBERS OF STAFF.. Mrs M Nicholas”

“From start to finish hassle free boilers done an excellent job , took the old back boiler and gas fire out and put in a brand new combi boiler.All done in one day as well. Would highly recommend.”

“Installation fine, invoicing something left to be desired already had to phone twice to wrong amounts taken at wrong time. 2 full payments in 1 week as opposed to half payments for the first 3 months. Have received refund but now keep checking bank account to ensure no further mistakes are made.”

“Firstly my name is not Ian and dont understand why you have associated my email address with someone by the name of Ian Secondly, when I applied to become a customer the person dealing with me informed me of all the wrong information and it ended up that you wanted 3000 upfront. I did complain about all the messing about to your manager that assured me it would be looked into and he would get back to me, this was back in September and to date have heard nothing. I am extremley unhappy with the way things were handled therefore will not be recommending you to anyone else. We have taken our custom elsewhere”

“Easy application process with helpful staff. Online paperwork quite good and relatively easy to process. Installation of boiler was done cleanly and without any problems. Had to chase up office after installation to update payment details and get papeework but resolved quite quickly.”

“We had our new boiler fitted in June this year, excellent installers, very efficient and tidy and would certainly recommend this. Our gas bills are better and the house is lovely and warm, with lots of hot water. Thank you - Jan Matthias”

“THE EFFICIAANCY IS WITHOUT QUESTION,THE SURVEY,INSTALLATION ALL DONE IN A SHORT TIME HOWEVER ON SURVEY WE WERE PROMISED AND IN WRITTEN FORM TOLD THAT NEW THERMOSTATIC VALVES WILL BE FITTED.AFTER SEVERAL CALLS THESE ARE STILL NOT ONE OR A COME BACK AS TO WHEN A REFERAL PAYMENT WAS ALSO PROMISED,(i have 6 boilers installed) NONE RECEIVED”

“The 2 men that came to install the boiler were excellent, they were friendly and polite at all times. They cleared up after themselves and I didn't have any mess atall. Excellent service and would recommend your company to others. Thanks”

“Exactly what was asked for and company name very apt. Once approved boiler was in within one day and happy to say I have hot water running throughout once again. Look no further than this as no catches and everything is explained throughout. good clean and excellent job.”
