Very happy with the work done at my premises, everything was done on time and as promised, I have had no problems since and the boiler has been installed for nearly a year, I have found a significant saving in my gas bill since having it installed.

I was extremely satisfied with the standard of service and professionalism of the gas fitters Steve and Frank who were friendly efficient and knowledgeable, as was the electrician. They arrived just after 8am and finished the installation by 1.30pm. Throughout they worked diligently and updated me at each stage; answering any questions I had. After experiencing historical difficulties with rogue gas fitters who charged 'over the odds' for poor quality equipment and service it was refreshing to have fitters who were trustworthy and highly competent. All in all the entire experience from my initial enquiry to completion was managed expertly by both the telephone advisors and front line fitters /gas engineers. I would not hesitate to recommend hassle free boilers to anyone and have already forwarded their details to family members. Thanks for a fab service and positive experience hassle free boilers..... you are what it says on the tin !!!!

Two guys arrived on a Monday morning at 8am, one from Bradford the other from Wakefield,bearing in mind we live near Derby. One entered the house with dust sheets, the other guy( yes guy) complete with hoover. The work they carried out was very quick,methodical, and the customer care was superb. We had a brand new boiler system fitted 3 days before Christmas, we also had a new born baby in the house. They worked hard on the first day to make sure we had hot water and heating before they left us. The following day was a lesson on how to work the system, they did not leave till I was confident in the system. The work carried out by Dave and Rob was second to none. They were both very clean and tidy considering the work they had to do? From the first phone call to them leaving the company representation was second to none. I would highly recommend to any one. Thanks a lot guys for all your work especially just before Christmas. Jan thornley

All I can say is I have had fantastic service the boiler is brilliant the total experience was stress free and I'm so glad I have done it ! Just waiting for my high street vouchers and then all promises will be complete !

The work was carried out competently by obviuse professionals the boilers is operating with such efficiency that I can honestly say my house har never been so warm I can highly recommend this company to anyone who requires efficient heating.

we had a service a couple of weeks ago on our new boiler, the engineer contacted me via text a couple of times in the morning to keep me updated on his expected arrival time. due to work issues i was not able to get home, my son did see him & all went well with no issues. this was an improvement from our previous service engineer contract through BG

I was given advise from the start. I did not qualify for finance due to poor credit rating but was fully informed of the options. I'm happy with the service from start to installation.

The whole process was painless from the initial call, to the survey and the actual work. The Guy's fitting the boiler were very friendly and efficient in their work. They explained what they were doing at each stage and disposed all of the old kit they had removed; old boiler; hot water cylinder; cold water tank; old radiator reservoir- all gone! I didn't even have to sweep up after them! Excellent job all round!

very good and it has been good for are heating only problem I have is the payment I have sent the agreement through post and email and their still seem to be a problem

The surveyor was prompt, pleasant and thorough. He explained what would happen and was very reassuring. The installers arrived as arranged. They were caring of our property, very efficient and again very thorough. They talked me through the controls and advised me of how any queries or problems I might have would be dealt with. Overall an excellent service.

Not happy with signing the contract on e-sign will only let me sign my name and plan but will not let my wife sign her name keep e-mailing and ringing up but just getting contract back for us to sign but will not allow my wife to sign Martin Davis

Value for money thought there would be a catch what you see is what you get absolutely great service installed quickly and installers were polite and cleaned up. Highly recommend from our warm and cosy home. Very pleased and happy customer

Our old boiler was over 10 years old and not fit for purpose. We decided to invest in a new energy efficient boiler. We found Hassle Free boilers online. We decided to go with the company and stressed it was a matter of urgency for us. The survey was completed and a week later the boiler, thermostat, etc all fitted in one day. The fitters were very professional and extremely proficient. I was given a demonstration before they left to ensure I knew how to change the settings and the most efficient setting for the best economy. We now have an A rated boiler which is protected by warranty, scheduled services and 24hr call outs 364 days a year (not Xmas) if required for the next 10 years. So I have piping hot water; lower bills and peace of mind all for £17 a month - what's not to like!!!!!!! In comparison I could have been paid over £5000 for a new boiler and fitting then at least £10 a month boiler cover with a £100 excess. A TOTAL NO BRAINER.
