Very pleased now with the outcome after having problems with the installation. Although very unsure of the procedure now as to communication as there has been nothing said as to what happens if anything goes wrong Regarding aftercare which is also meant to be part of the plan. But on the whole very happy.

My husband and I read reviews and researched before buying our boiler from Hassle free Boilers. It was agreed local fitters were to be sent and at survey and with the contact centre we had discussed placing 2 new radiators in the extention (we would supply radiators) Engineers came from Liverpool and barely did any work the first day leading to them finishing after 9pm the 2nd day. I have a 6 year old son, this left me with no water both nights to bathe him, I had to put him in my bed as the fitters were banging, drilling checking radiators until after his bed time, this is all very unacceptable! also on their first day they said there was nothing on the survey confirming the additional radiators even though every time I spoke with someone in the office they could see the request for the extra radiators. This meant engineers had to come on the third day - Friday! they came, left after 10 minutes, something to do with one of the fitters being locked in his house by his house mate! which no one rang to tell me, I had plasterers at the house who called to tell me they had left so I had to begin making phonecalls. They returned later that day to rebook the job but I was out, surely this could have been done over the telephone.So they returned Saturday morning and my house was completely distrupted again and this could have been avoided if done the previous 2 days! also pipe work had to be re done outside as it was an eye sore and in the words of one of the engineers who came Friday "not happy with that" Then I had to get engineers back for a radiator not working, then I discovered on getting new radiators fitted that there had been no chemical flush done! this is appaulling as I held of buying replacement radiators till I knew the boiler had been replaced to avoid dirty water everywhere! yesterday I had engineeer's again re flushing the system. I am sick of ringing and sorting things out, i am so dissapointed with my experience that when a neighbour asked who Id used I did not pass on your details. The engineer coming out yesterday told me I was going to get vouchers for all the inconvenience and hassle, he did not leave any! I would appreciate a telephone call regarding these vouchers!

Speedy and excellent service for the money. One error on original quote which they honoured so all good. Also condensation outlet is white piping which was fed into my black drain pipe, looks a bit ugly but I will cover myself ?

Superb service from the first time I contacted Hassle Free. A skilled efficient engineer installed the boiler and thermostats on existing radiators. Careful instructions were given on how to operate my new system. I was thrilled with the whole experiences do my lovely engineer. I have a Valiant boiler and am delighted with its efficiency. Great decision on my part to go with Gassle Free. Heard about them on a Radio 4 programme. Thank u Hassle Free.

Excellent service from start to finish. All work arranged happened within agreed times and date. Guys who installed worked quickly and efficiently and left no mess. Spoke with technical dept. afterwards who offered advice so an engineer didn't need to attend. Would recommend hassle free boilers to anyone.

We had to replace an old PowerMax boiler and took the opportunity of also moving the new boiler into the Loft so that we can utilise the space better. The HassleFree team really did live up to their name. They were on time and completed the work with no surprises or nasty's that we had to deal with. Overall a job well done, definitely worth a recommendation.

EXCELLENT, from the initial phone call that I made, the tele-sales people and survey person who came to my home gave me confidence in there company. A big thank you to the two guys who did the installation,were very professional and knowledgeable about the boiler that I was purchasing. Nothing was too much trouble. I found Hassle Free Boilers to be a very professional company. From start to finish every thing regarding the installation of the new boiler was explained clearly to me. The installation was carried out by two very professional engineers who listened to my requirements and responded with excellent solutions. The installation was carried out to ensure the minimum of disruption occurred and the work was completed in a clean and tidy manner. I now have the peace of mind that I have the support of the company with regard to future service and maintenance.

I was very impressed with the service. They made good on all their promises. Installation took one day and I am very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who does not have access to a few grand to pay up front. We paid a down payment of £199 and now pay £50 per month. We had a leak the day after installation (not their fault) and they came straight out and replaced the pipes, even though they had not been installed by HFB. Excellent service!

Hasle Free Boilers offered me a finance option than enabled me to install the boiler. The boiler was installed on time with no problems at all

Unfortunately on the due installation date one of the gas fitters phoned in sick and the electrician who had been required to carry out the necessary electrical part of the install just never turned up. The follow up to complete the agreed electrical work just never happened and is still unfinished. I accept the fact that a new pressurised boiler system can impact on the older radiators and after one of my older radiators burst I'm still waiting for a new one to be installed. Also I have had several leaks on the new radiators and the old lead supply pipes. There is certainly room for improvement with regard to completion and the signing off of an installation.

The quote process was extremely well detailed and explained and the installation went well even when there was a query about installing a new radiator which was completed as soon as the installation was confirmed. I would be happy to recommend the company to anyone.

Would give another star if I could, absolutely first rate installers, a pleasure to have them in our home. It was a difficult installation, changing from low pressure gravity system to a new combi in a different location. Pipe layout is a work of art, they had our main bedroom floor up and replaced without disruption or mess before we knew it. Great instructions in using new system. Generally delighted, almost half the price of two other quotations that we got, can't believe the good value, but best of all the way the the guys made a two day installation work around our family life with two kids to get to school. Minimising inconvenience to us was their prime consideration. The installers worked the first day until almost 9 pm so as to leave us with a working, safe system with hot water, heating and showers for the next morning. Cannot praise, or thank them enough. Brilliant.

At the appointed time, two smart gentlemen arrived in their similarly liveried vans. They both carried out their appointed tasks with utmost efficiency, They duly noted that the boiler casing had a large dent in it. At the end of their work they tidied up with great efficiency and departed after a job well done. we were both impressed and trust this acknowledgement of their pride in their workmanship and professionalism, will also be noted by whoever is responsible for salaries and bonuses at the end of the year, Well done!! A workman from Worcester Boilers duly arrived to replace the damaged casing and confirmed with my wife her satisfaction the supply, fitting, and safe working of the replacement boiler. We had our boiler installed months ago & was told we would get a welcom pack & £200 of high street shopping vouchers.despite numerous calls & promises NOTHING.Its disgusting. Laurence Collier 07803333417

HFB left my house on Friday with an installation not working. They said they don't do powerflushing. How on earth can this company be installing new boilers on old system without the means to thoroughly cleaning the installation? Why was this not pointed out by the surveyor! I don't understand how they can walk away how they did. Outrageous really. You need to sort this mess Caroline Rampton
