From the first contact with Hassle Free Boilers (which I found on the internet) to Daniel Cotter the Gas Technical Surveyor, to the two gentlemen who fitted the bolier, everyone was polite and helpful. Everything that was to happen was explained. The two gentlemen who fitted the boiler are a credit to Hassle Free Boilers, they checked with me where the boiler was going, the height, the extractor. They cleared up as they went so there was no mess. Highly recommend and I have recommended them, I hope my friend picks them. 11 out of 10 keep up the great work.

Still awaiting my first annual service,,6 weeks late and 4 cancelled appointments,the company has taken on far too much work and not enough engineers,had a phone call this morning to confirm a change of date,,I was expecting them that very morning,not happy

Had a combi boiler fitted by Hasslefree boilers.. Unfortunately they do not live up to their name, it has been far from hasslefree!! The sales were good, installation was good.. but aftersales is shocking.. After 2 weeks of the boiler being installed it is now broke.. Contacted Hasslefree. Their 24/7 breakdown is not what it seems, reported that I had no hot water and no heating at 6pm, was informed the engineer would contact me, by 10am the following day I still had no call, I contacted them again and was informed that it had been passed on to the boiler manufacture due to it being in warranty. in actual fact it was not reported to the manufacture untl1pm the following day, the manufacture's next available appointment was in 16 days time, after standing my ground this was changed to 6 days wait tlme, again I refused that and an appointment has been made for the following day. The problem with the boiler sounds like the PCB needs to be replaced, I paid a few thousand pounds for the boiler I did not expect it to be faulty within 2 weeks, due to this I have requested a new boiler to be fitted rather than just repaired, Hasslefree and the manufacture insist that it will be a case of repair and not a new boiler Under the sales and goods act 1982 the boiler should have been fault free. I am now on my second day without hot water and heating, and both Hasslefree and the manufacture could not care less . I did request Hasslefree pay for an hotel until it is fixed, after all I paid out right for the boiler with my hard earned cash. its now been 4 hours since that request and each time I have phoned Hasslefree apparently the managers are discussing my situation, to me it does not take 4 hours to make a decision. Avoid this company at all cost, they may give good deals on boilers but as I am now finding out, it is not always the best option to go for the cheapest quote. I now found out from trading standards, that under my statutory rights, Hasslefree should sort out the problem. Looks like this will end up in the small claims court... New boiler the only option for me!!

Got a boiler off these last year a great boiler but not the like for like they said they would fit. My old boiler was rated at 28 the one fitted was only 24. Not much I can do about it now and no apology from them or explanation. The boiler is now due for its first service. I received a letter dated 31/7/15, to arrange a date to do this . After several phone calls my service won't be done until 20/11/15. This is a full 4 months after the initial letter. I wonder if the people at hassle free would accept this kind of poor service? I wonder what would happen if I cancelled payment for the next 4 months until my boiler is serviced? Bet they would be straight on the phone to complain. This is the worst customer service ever and I still have 11 more years to pay. Be warned, quick to get you to sign a contract but not quick at anything else. I suppose asking for a bit of a refund would be pointless and laughed at.

Dear Lee, I am sorry to hear about the poor service that you have received - I can certainly ask our installation team to look into the difference between the 24 and the 28 and arrange to contact you with the findings if this is something you would like me to escalate? With regards to the annual service, the letter that you received was sent to all our customers in the summer to let them know that their annual service was coming up that year - although it is a long wait between the initial letter and the actual appointment, we were aiming to get the bookings sorted out as far in advance as possible. While the staff have been pleasant (we've just had our first year check), and the boiler reliable, when you do need to get hold of them, it's very difficult outside a normal working day. So much for 24/7 call out service, the number they provide is the standard sales number, which can route you through to a servicing and maintenance line, but out of hours that has a voicemail that barks "Mailbox XYZ Recording". I've left a message, but I have no idea where that will be routed to, or if I will get a call back. So to summarise; - Good sales - Good installation - Poor after sales care

anthony s hassle free boiler was very good from start to finish and only on site for a day and half the work man was so quick no mass the wife was so happy with the new boiler

Poor experience with this mob. They quoted me one price on the phone, then a week later quoted a completely different price that was £500 higher with no explanation. I complained but they didn't investigate and just said they didn't know why they'd previously given me much lower prices.

Hassle Free Boilers is an excellent service. No mess, no bother, done their job, cleaned up after themselves and left. Everything was completed within a short matter of time from the application to the survey and then the installation. Very pleased!

Good customer service over the phone, excellent standard of installation using quality products, Care and attention to the property and making good afterwards was excellent. They even fitted an extra radiator in our extension that had no plumbing for no extra charge as on site for a day and a half. Happy paying 12 year plan with nothing up front including for peace of mind. Hassle free indeed! (worcester)

Very good from start to finish. Had a few problems with the boiler to begin with but the engineers were straight out to put things right. Am hoping things continue to be good and a winter with heating and hot water. My last boiler was very unpredictable

was quoted 37.99 for a normal boiler and 44.99 per month for a combi boiler. contacted them the next day and was told it would be 44.99 for any type of boiler after answering the same question. How bizarre. Questioned this and was told it was only an estimate, but the actual words used were it is going to be 44.99. Very misleading, also 3% increase each year not mentioned found this out on paperwork sent out

They asked me that they're going to call me back for an appointment for an engineer to visit after given me an estimate cost. After 3 days, I didnt recieved any calls or emails at all. What a waste of my time after all that phone conversation almost half an hour. Thanks for this sign (unreliable )!

Customer service is friendly, however not reliable. Have done a mistake while signing the email-sent contract and have called them right away to ask them to resend me the contract and make the other one obsolete. I have called so far four times without any success receiving it. My partner will not sign his part if we don't receive a new version. Now reading that vouchers are not sent either makes me feel this company is not very reliable at all. This causes me worries about callout calls if there is a problem. Being in contract with an unreliable company for 12 years? I will give them another chance, but if the contract us not resent today, i think i had a safe escape!
