“Extremely disappointed. Ordered (and confirmed) the jacket on the 31st December and was charged accordingly. Chased it up on the 14th January as hadn't been contacted about dispatch. Was then told the system had oversold stock they didn't have and I was given a refund which will take up to 10 days to go through. Sadly, I won't purchase again from Harry Hall and won't be recommending to friends and family. Quite the opposite in fact.”

“very disappointed to report the back seam of jacket completely split after just one wear and I wasn't even riding. Harry Hall very good though, offered a refund on receipt of photographic proof, arranged for the jacket to be collected by the courier. Shame no other jackets in stock.”

“Appalling customer service! I understand this is a busy time of year, however, over an hour on hold is unacceptable! I’m a new customer and had a simple request to cancel an order. You need to change your automated message which advisers ‘all your customer representatives are busy on other calls, but will be with you shortly’. It would be much appreciated if someone could please respond to my emails. Based on poor customer service - I would not recommend this company.”

“Honestly DO NOT waste your money!!!!! I have pondered writing this honest review for some time now but felt, it may just stop others going through the frustration, waste of hard earned money not to mention time and energy wasting scenario I have been through. Third lot of rugs I have purchased from Harry Hall this year, beyond disappointed….horses wet though with every rug and shivering when wearing the no fill, 100gm and 200gm - customer services useless, basically not bothered and couldn’t give a hoot!!”

“Unfortunately I’m still in the process of trying to get my money refunded firstly I ordered from you you took my money but when I got my parcel only half of the order arrived after about 5 repeat calls and a wasted trip to the post office I’m still waiting for my refund not ordering from you in the future”
