“Service ok now had 2 ladies protector vest large and extra large but unfortunately neither fit properly so both being returned which sadly takes quite a long time to get refund”

“Im highly disappointed and annoyed with their size chart. The information given states that 26" is a size 10. An Internet search (and all other companies size info) put a 26" as a size 8. I assumed their clothing came up big. I was wrong. I had to return my breeches, AT MY OWN COST, and exchange them for 28"”

“Really love the boots but there was a couple of things that make me doubt the quality, a small area of the leather has peeled at the top of the right hand boot (see photo) and it seems only the right boot was waterproof treated, meaning the left boot is staining in the rain. This was from 10 mins in light rain (see photo)”

“I have had public liability and vet fees cover for my two ponies, including additional disposal contribution. Unfortunately following an accident I lost one of my ponies, and although I got £16 towards the vet bills after excess, the payout hardly touched the over £800 total vet bill as I didn't get anything at all towards disposal, which I added because that should be the least of your worries when you are losing a beloved friend in a traumatic situation. Unfortunately this has left a bitter taste regarding the insurance policy, which should otherwise offer peace of mind.”

“My package did not display my house number or road name. The courier stated that it was delivered 3 times. Finally I had to retrieve this days after it should have arrived. I havevhad no such problems in the past. Unfortunately I had to return 1 item which was too small and perhaps not described too well.”

“a little dissapointed in the size. Ordererd for 12years of age as my grandson is only 9. He is very slight of build and it only just fitted him around the bottom of the jacket. Everywhere else was fine. Wanted him to wear at stables throughout the winter but he will not be able to wear any jumpers underneath as to tight. Would have returned it for larger size but you state if personalised there is no returns.”
