“The company are very efficient but I was Disappointed with my winter fleece line riding tights. Very flimsy and on a cold day did.not so much to keep me warm. I wouldn’t recommend this garment sadly.”

“The quality of the boots are not as good as they used to be. I bought the exact same around 8 years ago and they were more comfortable and fit nice. The boots are also different to the photo (brown elastic in real life, black elastic in photo). Bit disappointed with the boots. Delivery was very quick though.”

“Item arrived quickly and is good quality. I am slightly disappointed as I had hoped to be able to use it with a monoflap saddle. I have other quarter sheets that I can attach to stirrup leather keepers, there of velcro attachment points. Unfortunately this quarter sheet uses large clips that wouldn't fit through.”

“I recently ordered two pairs of their yard boots as I couldn't get hold of customer service to advise on sizing, so ordered 2 sizes. The fit came up as standard (I wouldn't say particularly wide) so kept my normal size. I sent the other pair back, in original packaging (you have to pay for return postage, but that was fine). I sent an email in, asking for them to acknowledge receipt of the boots and asking about when I could expect to receive my refund. No reply. When I eventually called customer service and eventually got through, I was told rather abruptly it would be 14 days, which again, is absolutely fine - but their whole approach to customer queries and response does not fill me with confidence at all. Just as a warning, if you have any issues, don't expect any proactive handling of it by Harry Hall!! Other than that, the boots themselves are absolutely lovely - and very smart. I used to wear HH jodhpurs when I was a child so have fond memories of a great British brand, but I think they've most likely been taken over by someone else these days, and just kept the name.”

“I love my Harry hall coat it’s really toasty! However, one of the poppers at the back broke within a few days of having it! And I’ve found the pockets are too central on the coat so when I have my phone in my pocket it bangs against the saddle! Such a shame about its flaws becoming it’s such a lovely toasty coat!”

“I bought a waterproof riding jacket, arrived promptly, looks to be a good coat apart from the fact that it only has a single way zip... this is a riding jacket! I should have checked so it's my own fault, but I really wanted a double way zip so that it is comfortable to ride in and I don't catch the back of the coat when sat in the saddle.”

“Well I can't complain about the quality of the product, in this case a back protector for a 12 years old child but the problem is I had to send it back because it was too small and order a medium adult size. This cost me £11.50 to return as it was treated as a large parcel and then my original post and packing costs were not refunded, just the cost of the back protector. This means I'm about £20 down as I had to pay post and packing on the replacement one too. Not so good.”

“Not the most comfortable riding tights - the material is way too warm for this time of the year. I was expecting more of a soft cotton feel, but they feel more like tight nylon! I'm hoping they will be better as winter wear.”
