“Vouchers don’t seem to work on the products I buy on a regular basis and not happy with the choice of courier. Evri are notoriously bad in my area.”

“Evri stated they had tried to deliver but we never heard a knock nor was any card left. We are at home full time as well - during the same period, we received a number of parcels from various couriers successfully...so it can't be us! Extremely disappointed and you need to be notifying Evri so this doesn't happen to others.”

“Had to ring to find out where the order was a week after and was told they didn’t have the size so would refund. had waited specifically for these. Very dissapppointed as needed them specifically for an event.”

“Appalling. I ordered this item well in advance of the current cold spell to keep my horse warm. I contacted customer services on Friday 9th December to ask where the hell this rug was and also a heavyweight stable rug that I had ordered. I was told the courier would be contacted. Six days later I have not received any communication! It has been difficult to layer up my horse to keep him warm. Given the cold spell ends on Monday - I have just wasted my money ordering from Harry Hall. My confidence in the company has been shattered. Do I have to share this on Social Media to get a reaction?”

We are sorry to hear you have not recieved your parcel. All our orders are packed by next working day and shipped with our courier, usually delivering within our 3-5 days. The peak volume our couriers are currently experiencing due to Black Friday, Christmas gifting and Royal Mail strikes is causing delays, but they have commited to deliver prior to christmas for those parcels already in the system.
