“I am unhappy with these wellies, they are not waterproof I would appreciate either a refund or these wellies in size 5 resending to my address please get back in touch. Thank you”

“Having ordered 2 polo belts from you, one needed to be exchanged for a larger size - I am very unimpressed that I paid £20.90 for the belt and shipping and you deducted £8.51 from the refund - considering it was for an exchange, (meaning I paid another £20.90 to get a larger size) I am very unimpressed to be £8.51 out of pocket and I will not be dealing with you again. Had the belt not been for a grandsons birthday - I would never have reordered. This is a total rip off!!”

“I purchased two of the same rug in different sizes to get the correct fit. Deciding on which rug fitted best I set out to return the other rug. I used a £10 voucher that was sent to me. The voucher was sent to me as an incentive to purchase and provided a discount of £10. The only terms of business which was clear was that the voucher could only be used against a purchased of £20 or more. I was told that if I return one rug, my discount off of my purchase will reduce to £5. I also noticed that the members price on your website is actually £51.95 not £54.95, thereby reducing my £5 discount to £1.00! I was actually enticed to complete a questionnaire for the measly reward of £1. I therefore decided to return both rugs which means that I will have lost the £10 (as it is not credited), or £1 depending on how you look at it. Trading Standards confirmed to me that Harry Hall practice unfair trading practices.”

“Absolutely not waterproof at all! Worn mine once went to the field on the rain came back and had to rip the water out of my wellies! Requested a return from Harry hall a week ago still waiting for them to review my return and refund me! I wouldn’t buy these”

“Hi purchased a fly rug a couple of weeks ago . On Friday 12th the hottest day of the year It made him sweat and overheat to the extent I had to hose him down .I don't know whether anybody else as had the same problem . When I googled this it's saying fly rugs shouldn't do this. I hope you look into this and I await to hear from you .Thanks Lorraine shaw.”

“Loved the hiviz I bought but it was huge! I'm a big size 12 so ordered a medium and it drowned me even with the velcro. So I ask to return it. Paid around £18 with delivery and only get £8 back. So it a loss for them sizing it so inaccurate very annoying as I actually believe the small will be too big but with that loss I'm not prepared to order again.”

“Customer service and delivery experience is poor they use external companies to supply products, don’t adhere to delivery rules such as a signature and fake tracking information by saying things are delivered on certain dates which are weeks later than the order date!! Never ever use. Reputation has definitely gone”

“Used it 7 times and it has broken the leather on the strap has split and the rubber of the muzzle has come away from the stiching, used a much cheaper muzzle last year that lasted a whole summer this has barely lasted 2 weeks”

“Returned the product 3 weeks ago due to it being too big….. there were no return items instructions on the packet so I just turned it around to the address on the package with a note inside…. I believe there is a Process to how you return items, so make sure you follow this as I’m still waiting for them to find my package and refund my money !!!!”

“Bought largest size as states fits up to 44” waist. Yet at 39-40” it won’t even touch. Now I’ve no way of returning it so wasted my money. And even if I was to return it am hit with then having an expensive dog collar that I only bought as was cheap but not with £10 postage it wouldn’t be Not happy”
