“I purchased 4 items, 2 of which needed to be returned. The online portal for returns was not working when I first tried on 18/3/24 so I had to telephone. I was told it was a technical fault so I tried again the following day and it still wasn't working. So I telephoned again on 21/3 and eventually the person conceded it wasn't working, despite them being adamant it had worked the previous day. I received an email with instructions to return the parcel and a £5 voucher as a gesture of goodwill. As I had to pay £4.69 to return the parcel, I feel the £5 voucher is of little use as I am unlikely to order again as I am no confident in the returns process. This email also asked me to provide a 'tracking reference' IF I'd used tracking as part of the return process. Anyway, I then received another email asking me to provide a tracking number IF I used 'tracking' as my means of postage, I hadn't so I am now not feeling overly confident that my items will be dealt with efficiently upon receipt by Harry Hall. I did pay for a signature upon receipt of the parcel. I haven't worn any of the items yet to ride in so I am unable to comment on them.”

“The clothes are good quality. However they were to big for me but when I try to return them it says the order hasn’t even shipped. Been over two weeks now. Have to wait over the weekend to call them”

“lovely rug BUT when o\packaging pened the cross surcingle were impossible to undo as their buckets were literally pressed flat on each other - good job we had a man and a pair of pliers - maybe that was why they were in the sale”

“Dog coats delivered very quickly, sadly both returned as they were warm lined - good coats but not what we needed. When I read further down the description the lining was mentioned, but not in the early description as with other coats. Easy to return, not yet been refunded but holiday season so understandable.”

“This is a Christmas present, so cannot give much feedback. The stitching for the personalisation is not great. The & symbol just looks like a blob, but there is not enough time before Christmas to rectify the situation and have it back in time.”

“This coat was lovely but runs really big. I’m usually a M and it was drowning me. I had to return as it looked comical. I would recommend sizing down at least 1 size.”

“Ordered some wellies ,sadly way to long ,to post back wasn't easy as no invoice in package,only option was to print off,I've no access to a printer so enclosed note and still waiting for acknowledgement of returns and refund.”
