“I ordered an xs coat and some jodhpurs for my partners birthday. You sent me a medium size coat. I returned it as per your policy on Friday 21st February and I still haven't had a confirmation of the refund. Suffice to say not a good first experience.”

“Great riding tights - very warm and comfortable, and great value in the sale and as a One Club member. Unfortunately, after reading the reviews, l ordered a larger size, but they were too big and to be returned. I reordered my normal size and they fit me perfectly.”
