“As a gold club member I paid extra for next day delivery rather than have the free postage but unfortunately it did not arrive until the following day. Having said that I am very pleased with the fly rug I bought and it was a very good price.”

“Quality of the rug was good, however it was too tight round the shoulders for our boy, so had to return. Would have been better if it had shoulder vents.”

“The fly rug is lovely except the neck is far too long (looks like it was designed for a giraffe) so we’ve had to sew it to keep it in place.”

“Boots were not quite the quality i hoped for however packaged well. I have returned & the fee was £15 this also disappointing. Once I have received my full refund I may feel more positive.”

“Very nice sheet however it runs a tad small and has rubbed a bald patch on his withers. It is the same size as all my other rugs but a different brand so am going to have to try and resell it.”

“I love the colour and style however the middle seam rubs on my super sensitive skin so I got chaffing from them. Such a shame so unless riding for short periods of time or whilst on the yard , I cant wear them . I am super sensitive though.”

“Speedy delivery from Harry hall. Unfortunately, the boot is a wider calf than described in the advert. Size 8 wide measured 49 cm. I did ask if they would be able to check the regular calf width. Still waiting. 😔”

“Love the boots but had to order twice, i ordered through Harry Hall on Amazon first and the boots never got delivered. I believe it was the couriers not HH but HH weren’t brilliantly helpful when i complained. I ordered the replacement boots through the HH website and although they were more expensive they arrived promptly. The boots are the best ive ever used, have them for all my horses now.”

“I bought my 14.2hh Connie his normal size 5'9", length wise was perfect but it was far too tight on his chest, he's not particularly wide chested and there was no adjustment so had to return it. Disappointed as it appeared well made.”

“I ordered the large size gloves. They were labelled L but were very small. J gave them away. In the past I ordered Farnell grip jods but they had no grip atall and were completely smooth. There does seem to be a problem. Ordered several other items in the past which have been great.”

“No fault of HH but cannot comment at the moment as Evri were supposed to deliver on 23rd December, sent a notification to say that delivery was delayed due to bad weather which was perfectly acceptable as there was torrential rain that day and not a single notification since. Have emailed HH to try and get my parcel diverted.”

“These were a good gift for my wife, very warm and good looking boots, however, the zips are dreadful, I have tried several different remedies, nothing works, they are pretty much impossible to use, I would have returned them but I stupidly disposed of the box they came in. It’s a shame because otherwise they are great.”
