I cannot give any stars as I did not purchase anything, the masta hay bags were a replacement for faulty bags!

Still have yet to receive order almost 1 month after placing order. Shocking customer service. No communication back to explain why and even after two emails to customer service no product and no explanation.

Initially, I was pleased with the long-yard boots I ordered. They were warm and seemed durable. However, a few weeks of wear and both zips are broken plus the plastic footbed has come away from the fabric leg at the heel. I haven't even worn them every day. I AM NOT HAPPY. Will be complaining I am afraid.

Absolutely shocking service, I have been accused twice of not paying my premium for mine and my daughters insurance. Then I was told I had to prove I had paid it!! This issue has been going on since May. The portal doesn't work properly and the reasurrance my insurance is even valid is not convincing.

My boots have broken after less than a week wear. Really disappointed and customer service to fix this fault is very slow. I'm trying to get my money back. Lower part of boot has cone away at the heel. Gemma

The gloves are brilliant but when u pay for next day delivery and they don't arrive u get the hump, and then u ring the company and they say we will refund the postage but not alot else we can do. Women didn't care and couldn't be bothered. Won't be using again
