“Product is great. Lawn looks lovely but the delivery driver who dropped it off was awful: rude, aggressive and unhelpful. Soured the whole experience”

“Great quality grass . Delivery was a nightmare , paid to get it delivered between 8-11 and it didn’t turn up untill 1.10pm. Then the delivery driver’s pump truck wouldn’t work , so I had to go out of my way to go and borrow my mates pump truck to take the grass off the lorry . Also 4 rolls of grass was tangled up in the crate which made me short of grass in the end”

“I had an excellent experience with this company. I was buying some plug plants which I had found virtually impossible to source elsewhere. I ordered the plants from Turfonline. The plants arrived very quickly by a courier service. The plants were all in perfect condition. I had never heard of Turfonline but now I would certainly use them again. A very happy customer. Thank you Turfonline.”

“Turfonline were easy to use, we had a little issue with delivery but they were efficient at sorting the problem for us. The grass is lovely and really set off our new garden. Very happy with the product and would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family!”

“Ordered 95m of the Shadesman+ turf for morning delivery. Arrived on two pallets at 9am giving us all day to get it laid. Quality of the turf was excellent, clearly cut very recently, with strong, green growth, and even thickness throughout. Would definitely use again if we needed to.”

“Great quality fresh turf, hopefully survives the winter this time. Grows beautifully. Delivered before 11am in front of my house so make sure you can carry it in your garden or get help once it's delivered. Thank you”

“I was recommended this product, jubilee lawn turf, from a small local landscaping business who couldn't find fault in previous orders fulfilled. I researched the products and once committed I was pleased that I chose TurfOnline. Once delivered it was easy to lay, as the turf is indeed of exceptional quality, as per the recommendation. A neighbour has commented, 2 weeks since lawn laid, that it looks artificial so good is the colour and quality. I too would wholeheartedly recommend this product / service.”

“Great service, and fantasic turf, genuinely exceeded our expectations with the quality, infact even the delivery driver complimented it, saying he hasn't delivered turf that looked that fresh before! Turf was laid the day it was delivered, and within a week had already started to take root, can't wait to start using the space again.”

“Turf arrived when planned. Driver was pleasant and helpful. Turf has been down a few weeks now and is growing well. I used the frequently asked questions and these also helped when getting the trun area set up. Would definetly recommend.”
