“Lovely grass that looks great 5 days later. We spent time and effort preparing the soil prior to laying which helps greatly. A couple of negative points: Some of the turf ends were not cut at 90 degrees and had to be trimmed at laying. Some of the turfs were torn and could not me used as full pieces.”

“I ordered 20m2 to replace a lawn on a slight slope and on very free-draining soil, comprised largely I suspect of buried builder's rubble. We are very please with the result, but be aware the rolls are heavy but quite thin, particularly at the ends, which almost every time broke up, probably because they were quite dry. That said, the sedum is now recovering and looks great.”

“Delivered very early on date required and 36 hours after ordering. Weather has saved on needing a sprinkler and grass is showing no signs or colour change. Very very pleased.”

“Very straight forward online ordering process, with plenty of advice available to help select the right turf and order the right quantity. Turf was on a pallet when it was delivered and the delivery driver was able to deliver onto my drive way (in the shade). A very straight forward transaction and I felt, reasonable value for money, so no complaints. Would recommend Turfonline and use them again.”

“Customer service is awful!! Very disappointed dealing with customer service staff!! One of them has disconnected my phone call while I was still talking and explaining about my order. They’re not clear about ETA and confirmation of delivery!! Anyway , lesson learnt but so inconvenient and frustrating with my first and only order!!”

“I recently bought some species rich meadowmat (and low fertility topsoil) and so far it's looking great. Some patches were a bit variable in depth but it was very easy to lay and it's thriving after a week of regular watering!”

“Brilliant quality turf (went for the Jubilee). It’s only been down a few days but already it’s coming along and looking great. Can’t wait to use the garden. I would definitely recommend the extra 5% option. The top soul was also great quality.”

“Turf was delivered on time and is of good quality. Very disappointed however with the quality of the top soil. I found 2 bits of glass in it and countless bits of netting. I was also expecting better quality soil for the price you pay.”

“The sedum is lovely. The ordering process was simply and delivery was straight forward. There were a few more weeds than expected in the sedum ( grass and clover) and some of the sedum was quite thin when it was unrolled, especially at the ends. Some of the thin bits have died off a few days after laying so it looks a little patchy. Hoping that in time it will recover and the weeds won't come back once the sedum is established.”

“Turf arrived rather late in the day so it was good I was not laying it that day. However grass once laid was green and despite lack of rain initially it now looks really vibrant and is growing well.”

“Easy to use website and clear descriptions of the products. Simple how posts which helps for the DIYer who only lays turf every xxx years! Good communication and prompt delivery. Grass on the turf is longer than other suppliers which seems to help it grow better. Exactly as the pictures showed. 10/10”
