“I bought a few dozen yellow rattle plugs. I planted them in decent soil with some fresh compost and watered regularly. Growing conditions have been perfect- moist, warm and sunny. I thought all of them had died but I can now find two alive. I accept some attrition but this is not good. The delivery was a day (or two?) later than scheduled so perhaps this was a contributor… Update- I contacted their customer service link to see if I could get help or guidance on what I had done wrong. No reply. I emailed them- no reply. I finally got a response through their instagram but this was merely the, trying to establish what I had done wrong rather than offer any support or advice. They have now blocked me and clearly had zero interest. I wouldn't do business with these people- there are great providers out there who take pride in their product and offer lots of help... not this company. With hindsight, I should have been really fussy and refused the delivery when it was delayed. I guess this is what has killed the plugs. Don't make the same mistake and be really particular.”

“Grass looks great just done first cut after 3 weeks. Quality of grass is top. Would defo buy from Turf Online again. Turf is heavy. Getting it delivered is a good idea.”

“Great quality grass . Delivery was a nightmare , paid to get it delivered between 8-11 and it didn’t turn up untill 1.10pm. Then the delivery driver’s pump truck wouldn’t work , so I had to go out of my way to go and borrow my mates pump truck to take the grass off the lorry . Also 4 rolls of grass was tangled up in the crate which made me short of grass in the end”

“I had an excellent experience with this company. I was buying some plug plants which I had found virtually impossible to source elsewhere. I ordered the plants from Turfonline. The plants arrived very quickly by a courier service. The plants were all in perfect condition. I had never heard of Turfonline but now I would certainly use them again. A very happy customer. Thank you Turfonline.”
