“I placed an order with Harris kids and thouhgt it had not gone through so placed it again. I was going to call to confirm that morning but 9.30 on the dot I had a call from a lovely young lady to ask if I had wanted 2 orders I explained what I did and she promptly refunded the 2nd order. The sevice was great and the fact they called me won me over such a personal touch. I recieved my ugg boots for my granddaughter the next day I would most definitely reccomend them :)”
