A warm welcome from our founder Dr Sheri Jacobson. We are a team of highly experienced psychotherapists, clinical and counselling psychologists and psychiatrists in central London.

Established in 2006, and well-known as London's premium therapy providers, our exceptional practitioners specialise in short and long-term counselling, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy for a range of issues, from day-to-day worries to complex psychological conditions.

“I am really glad that I got my appointment with Elena Edwards. My attempt to connect with last 2 therapist was not really good even after several session. I could simple connect with Elena. I strongly believe if I needed to get help then I must find the right person to understand me without just talking books. I must Harley therapy has got vast experienced psychologists to choose from. It’s not that if I didn’t connect with last 2 psychologists that they are bad. Everyone are different and connecting with people is also very complicated thing. Your pool of professionals is really good. Thank god, that I didn’t walk away from Harley therapy.”

“If like me you are in a dark place. Please contact harley. Melissa Clarke is something else . Previous therapy i felt I was just a weekly payment. Melissa after a few weeks has helped me find my path to my old life. I don't feel alone the support from her is second to none. The world needs more of Melissa. Thank you from the bottom of my heart .”

“The session was fine and I have no issues with the therapist. What I really have to question is the general operations of the first session. You ask your customers to use skype but do not provide any instruction as to how to set it up, how to use it. In the first session I spent 10 minutes trying to work out how to call the therapist and even when I called Harley Therapy for support I do not think they knew how it worked. When you are paying so much for a session you kind of expect to just be able to go to your emails, click a link and then join a call. I have never seen anything like this in the past year and although it is a small thing it makes me question the quality of the operations as this is such a basic error.”

Thank you very much for your review. We apologise for the difficulties you encountered with using Skype to contact your therapist. Each practitioner has their own preferred platform to conduct their online sessions, and your therapist uses Skype as their chosen platform. However, following your feedback we will be liaising with the practitioners who currently use Skype, with a view to looking at alternative and more straightforward online options.

“My first session with Michelle far exceeded my expectations. I had never tried therapy before and she was warm, kind and encouraging. I felt very hopeful and optimistic following our session and look forward to next week. The booking process was also easy and non intrusive. I was able to book online and ask questions via email which I preferred. I highly recommend Harley Therapy.”

“The therapist themselves good, but the skype address given would not work and after trying for 15 minutes, eventually used phone. So that meant i used a 35min session but paid for 50min - and at £250 i’m not to impressed.”
