A warm welcome from our founder Dr Sheri Jacobson. We are a team of highly experienced psychotherapists, clinical and counselling psychologists and psychiatrists in central London.

Established in 2006, and well-known as London's premium therapy providers, our exceptional practitioners specialise in short and long-term counselling, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy for a range of issues, from day-to-day worries to complex psychological conditions.

“Dr Humphries was extremely thorough and conscientious in his approach to assessing the possibility of adult ADHD. I left my meeting with him having a lot to think about that went far above and beyond my initial expectations, as other possibilities were explored as well. His manner was very respectful and showed expertise without condescension of my understanding of my own mental health, which is something I find very rare in professionals in the field.”

“Dr Stephen Humphries was professional and the assessment and diagnosis was thorough and was explained very well. The diagnosis has put a lot of the issues I have had in my life up to this point in perspective and will help me better understand myself going forward. Very glad I decided to get the assessment and feeling optimistic about the treatment and continuing support going forward.”

“London bridge clinic seems to have no one answering the door. We had leave a message on the intercome then wait for someone to exit the building to get in! We also were not given a second appointment date. Its fortunate that the therapist was able to squeeze us in or we would have had to wait another few months! The therapist was very helpful and profesional.”

Due to the Neurodiverse clients your therapist sees, her diary is managed differently.
