A warm welcome from our founder Dr Sheri Jacobson. We are a team of highly experienced psychotherapists, clinical and counselling psychologists and psychiatrists in central London.

Established in 2006, and well-known as London's premium therapy providers, our exceptional practitioners specialise in short and long-term counselling, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy for a range of issues, from day-to-day worries to complex psychological conditions.

“London bridge clinic seems to have no one answering the door. We had leave a message on the intercome then wait for someone to exit the building to get in! We also were not given a second appointment date. Its fortunate that the therapist was able to squeeze us in or we would have had to wait another few months! The therapist was very helpful and profesional.”

Due to the Neurodiverse clients your therapist sees, her diary is managed differently. We apologise on this occasion that the second appointment was not automatically booked at time of you scheduling the assessment. “Fast response from appointment makers - although a little bit too much reliance on cut and paste in the emails. Sometimes it’s ok to type “yes, the letter you sent is the one we needed” and not resend four pages of copy and paste that the patient has already received. The Dr we saw was prompt, quick, thorough and perceptive, and for the first time in a long time I feel hopeful that I might be able to live a normal life again. Fingers crossed that Dr Humphries can work his magic.”

“Re: Therapist Caroline Powell and treatment for PTSD and anxiety. I found the therapy and sessions with Caroline completely life changing. I went to therapy with one idea of what was wrong with me and why I was feeling so bad and realized with Caroline's careful guidance that it was in fact something completely different. Caroline is incredibly knowledgeable and has so much wisdom and life experience that her insight was invaluable to me.”
