A warm welcome from our founder Dr Sheri Jacobson. We are a team of highly experienced psychotherapists, clinical and counselling psychologists and psychiatrists in central London.

Established in 2006, and well-known as London's premium therapy providers, our exceptional practitioners specialise in short and long-term counselling, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy for a range of issues, from day-to-day worries to complex psychological conditions.

“Ishbel has been incredible for me and my growth. She’s genuinely changed my life for the better and I simply can not thank her enough. When I started attending these sessions, my biggest fear was talking about the issue that I had but shortly after, I began to enjoy my conversations with Ishbel as she helped me to understand my situation and how to better myself through it. I’m not too sure where I’d have been if I hadn’t started therapy with Ishbel when I did, however, I’m extremely happy where I am as a result of our sessions and it’s all thanks to her. I cannot thank her enough for what’s she’s done for me. If you’re unsure about therapy, I ask you to give it a chance, it’s the best decision you will make.”

“Fantastic therapy for couples counselling that helps us understand the reasons why we say and do the things we do. We are continuously learning more about ourselves and can't wait to understand more on how to communicate better and heal together. I found it incredibly helpful to understand my own body reactions to stress too and was really impressed with Stefan's knowledge on why I would shake when I was talking about a particular topic. This has helped me understand the sympathetic response and the shaking has reduced significantly. I would recommend Stefan to anyone!”

“The way the appointments are paid for is unnecessarily complex. I thought I had paid for my first appointment, when in fact all I had done was set up future payments via Paypal. Pay Now shouldn't have to be pressed more than once. Otherwise this review would be 5 stars. The support staff were professional and responded promptly to queries. The appointment itself was professional and informative. I couldn't have asked for more.”

“So sorry I’ve requested my review to be removed! I put this in error as wrong company but similar name. Spoken to this company and they offered a lovely service and spoke to me with the highest respect! They have offered help with my problem that was caused by another company! “Dr Steven Humphries 100% best Psychiatrist I ever spoke to. After spending 26 years getting nowhere in the NHS system and I love the concept of the NHS but realise how overstretched they are and how difficult it is to get a diagnosis, I can't recommend Dr Humpries and Harley Therapy enough ... Been on the wrong meds for many years ... one consultation and I feel like Im on the right track already ... Thank you 🙏🏼”
