A warm welcome from our founder Dr Sheri Jacobson. We are a team of highly experienced psychotherapists, clinical and counselling psychologists and psychiatrists in central London.

Established in 2006, and well-known as London's premium therapy providers, our exceptional practitioners specialise in short and long-term counselling, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy for a range of issues, from day-to-day worries to complex psychological conditions.

“London bridge clinic seems to have no one answering the door. We had leave a message on the intercome then wait for someone to exit the building to get in! We also were not given a second appointment date. Its fortunate that the therapist was able to squeeze us in or we would have had to wait another few months! The therapist was very helpful and profesional.”

Due to the Neurodiverse clients your therapist sees, her diary is managed differently. We apologise on this occasion that the second appointment was not automatically booked at time of you scheduling the assessment. “The way the appointments are paid for is unnecessarily complex. I thought I had paid for my first appointment, when in fact all I had done was set up future payments via Paypal. Pay Now shouldn't have to be pressed more than once. Otherwise this review would be 5 stars. The support staff were professional and responded promptly to queries. The appointment itself was professional and informative. I couldn't have asked for more.”

“I thought the Doctor was approachable and friendly. He didn't try to dictate the session and listened to my concerns. He tried to suggest solutions to them and was realistic in his assessment.”

“Our therapist was very good indeed. Very perceptive, calm and clear. This was our first session and due to the child’s age it was not meant to include him. This was not clear and was confusing for him and an unecessart element of stress for him (and us) as we had to organise care for his brother who is much younger and could not be left alone in the house whilst we had the chat on zoom). Instead Sebastian ended up sitting alone downstairs. Not ideal.”

“A good service however experienced some problems with their payment service. Costs are not always clearly outlined so I would recommend you clarify them before embarking on a treatment program. My daughter met Dr Sohani who was very amiable. She offered a second opinion on the symptoms being experienced and gave a thorough analysis. Turn around was quick and totally worthwhile so we could decide on how best to proceed with treatment and support of our daughter.”
