A warm welcome from our founder Dr Sheri Jacobson. We are a team of highly experienced psychotherapists, clinical and counselling psychologists and psychiatrists in central London.

“Had a zoom ADHD assessment with Dr Phil Ferreira-Lay who was incredible kind, friendly and understanding. Was diagnosed incredibly quickly and am now just waiting for my starting medication. Everyone at Harley Therapy has been lovely and incredibly helpful so far. Looking forward to getting my life back on track.”

“I had a consultation with a doctor and he was punctual, give me a chance to explain my problems, he was very patient, all the time, and agreed on a course of medication to suit my health, and he was never in a rush letting me go through so many things to fully explore the nature of illness, just want to say thanks for helping me.”

“Dr Stephen Humphreys diagnosed my son and I with ADD and Aspergers. We had been reluctant to seek help and were struggling - in desperation we contacted Harley Therapy as there was a 2 year waiting list for the NHS in our area. The medication prescribed has made a huge difference to our lives. Stephen is professional, experienced, insightful and kind.”

“My 15 yr son attended yesterday for very brief assessment of 1 hr costing £990 but was given no letter as to what happens next and no record of what tests were actually carried out in such a small period of time.”

Thank you for your review. Having discussed this with the relevant practitioner, the assessment lasted 1.5 hours and consisted of full cognition and maths assessments, as requested. Occasionally, these assessments do not always take the full two hours to complete, as in your son's case (the time allowed for the assessment is up to two hours). Please kindly note that a full comprehensive report will be prepared within 3 weeks following the date of the assessment. This is to allow complete and thorough analysis of the results before reporting on these. We do not hand out basic letters at the time of the assessment for this reason. This information was provided at the end of the assessment, where there was an opportunity for questions to be asked. However, if you have any queries or questions relating to the assessment, we welcome you to contact us by email; admin@harleytherapy.co.uk or by telephone; 0345 474 1724, where we will endeavour to assist you prior to you receiving the completed report. Thank you for your review. We can confirm that the therapist you requested, and subsequently saw for an assessment, does indeed see clients in your age range. However, the therapist felt a more suitable match would be with a younger therapist than herself. We offer a satisfaction guarantee, whereby in the event a suitable match is not made at the first assessment, a free appointment with an alternative therapist is offered.
