“Service is great and communication is great and also packaging just had a leaking lid on bottle which leaked everywhere lost quarter of my bottle kraken but easy to clean been plastic just a little annoyed with that but overall great service”

“The product was just what I was looking for (dead man’s fingers miniatures rum mixed flavours) £40 including postage, but to receive it in a blow up jiffy wrap in a plain brown box was disappointing, It showed in the picture a nice presentation box & as was an Xmas gift I was disappointed. Don’t recall reading that they came individually in normal box!!! Always double check to avoid disappointment.”

“The selection of whisky available to choose from was good - prices were good also. Delivery could be an issue depending on where you live and how quickly you want/need your order. I asked and paid for next-day delivery as I needed the whisky as a gift. The courier HTFW employ/contract sent me an email after I had paid my order account in full informing me they could not deliver for at least 2 days - and that was only an estimate. I then had to email HTFW again and ask why they advertise next-day delivery and charge for next-day delivery when their courier clearly cannot deliver that service. I was given a £2 refund and no explanation or apology. HTFW let me down advertising a paid service they could not deliver. Had I known this fact I would have placed my order elsewhere with the knowledge I would indeed get the service and delivery as advertised and paid for at the time of ordering without having to go chase it later.”

“Good: good selection and the shipping is fast. Bad: there was a bottle apparently had some quality issues due to bad cork. Sent the email and asked a few times for an update but never heard back. Was planning to buy a few other bottles and this kind of cs turned me off.”

“My bottle arrived opened and damaged. Eventually I was given a full refund. I did indicate on a call before the refund that I’d like to exchange for a different bottle of a nearly identical price, but that request was not honored. It felt spiteful.”

“Bought a whisky for 999pounds. When within the same day i try to buy another, the price became 1099. And its silly tat i can only choose qty 1 when they obviously have a few in stock. If u wan to buy 2 or 3 bottles, u have to buy two or three different times and waste money shipping them separately. Everything else is good. Easy to use website/payment fast shipping careful packing.”

“Box was flat packed when delivered, which was not a problem. Very disappointed yo note that whoever removed the bottle from the box to pack it, nicked the label when doing so, very noticeable as right at tge front and not ideal when tge bottle forms part of a collection - take more care. May return it for a fresh one, if they have any left!”

“Ordered two limited edition kraken bottles with glasses and some other bits and bobs. Both has the bottles and the tin cans separated out and individually packed. Great idea but unfortunately meant one of the cans arrived seriously dented and with the seam exposed/broken. Would have returned but was a last minute purchase.”

“Second time ordering. 1st time was a breeze. Came in two days to the US(Georgia) With these last order. I ordered 4 bottles. Have received 2 so far and waiting on the other 2 right now. Believe the order has been lost. Once received I will update the review.”

“After being sent a dispatched note then looking on to see were my items were it was stuck on dispatched for more than 3 days so I emailed company to see were items were, very apologetic and re sent and got my items next day”

“It was easy to order. I was waiting patiently for my order. Had a text to say when it would be delivered waited and waited then received a text to say they had attempted delivery. No way did anybody try to deliver would seriously reconsider your delivery company.”

“Good prices speedy delivery but I was disappointed at the condition of the individual boxes when I received them. They were creased and several had significant damage to at least 1 side. As I collect and display boxes and bottles this was an inconvenience for me.”
