Had been ordering from HTFW. They have recently become very customer unfriendly by changing their rules for free delivery to suit their convenience. What they portray on their website about free delivery is a BIG LIE!

I paid for next day delivery which never arrived. Why did I bother? I feel I should be refunded. The service as contracted was not fulfilled.

Paid extra for Saturday delivery as I required the whisky for a gathering on that night. DPD messaged me to say that they could not deliver. I had to contact HTFW but all they could tell me was that they were at the mercy of the delivery company. HTFW didn't seem to care that I had specifically ordered a more expensive Saturday delivery. I had to travel to Leeds from Barnsley to get a suitable bottle of whisky for the event that night. I contacted HTFW again on the following Monday when DPD eventually delivered the bottle that day. HTFW refunded the difference between Saturday delivery and ordinary delivery but quite honestly if I had known that they could not fulfil the order as I required and known their apathy to me Express delivery requirement I would not have ordered from them as I did not want a standard delivery. Not very happy with the service or their approach to it.

Unable to rate as the delivery still has not arrived. I have received multiple messages (6th, 7th, 8th December) from the carrier DPD, first saying delivery delayed, then saying delivery confirmed, then again delayed. I tried to rearrange delivery for a second time which was confirmed for today, the package still has not arrived and I have had no further contact from DPD. The parcel has apparently been at the Rumney depot since 05/12. Tracking still states delivery today but I have not been sent a timeslot and I am not confident.

I can't speak for the actual whisky but I was disappointed with the delivery side of things. I received a email saying the delivery would be Monday, nothing came and when I checked tracking the oar et wasn't even in the system. I then got an email saying it would be delivered Tuesday, I waited all day for the parcel but it didn't come and when I checked the tracking it said the driver couldn't find my address. I contacted customer service who asked me to provide more details on where I lived. I gave them what3 words reference for my house. They seemed unconcerned that I'd been told twice the delivery would be made and it hadn't come yet. They told me it couldn't have arrived Monday as I'd not ordered in time, as if I'd just made it up that I'd been told it would come. I then got an email saying it would be delivered Wednesday at 6.30pm. Nothing arrived but at 9pm the driver turned up. I told HTFW and suggested they refund the £5.95 shipping as it had been such a disaster but they just said no, I'd got my order hadn't I? All in all not the level of customer care I'd expect.

My item was supposed to be a gift. It arrived in a brown box and this is what it looked like when I took it out. The sleeve wasn't even on the thing I ordered so it got all bent up. I tried reaching out via emails and I haven't heard anything back. Pretty disappointed considering I paid good money. Item arrived fast though!!!

Received a damaged box so had to return the item as they had no other stock , started a return and it took 2 attempts to get the parcel picked up and I’m still waiting for a refund will not be using again .

Unfortunately the delivery service has let this company down. I took a day off work to wait in for my delivery that never happened, despite being promised it would be that day. I approached the courier but met a dead end, they told me to speak to the seller, which I did. I was offered a back handed gesture of good will which means I will have to order from them again to take advantage of it, give me a refund for the failed delivery and I will use it towards paying for the delivery on my next order. I am reluctant to order again because of the negative delivery experience and DPD and HTFW not willing to take responsibility for their failures.

Bin leider enttäuscht Bestelle so oft und war immer zufrieden bis mal 2 Verpackung von Sammler Wiksy beschädigt war und ich eine Reklamation verschickt habe jedoch bekam ich nie eine Antwort heißt solange alles gut läuft freut euch jedoch wenn eine Reklamation kommt vergisst es kein Kontakt

They were unable to ship the product that I ordered so they refunded my money. FED EX would not accept the package. What more would you like me to say.

Hi there, I haven't even got the whiskey yet. I suspect that it is still in customs clearance and I hope that I don't have to pay 50 euros in taxes or duties. Best regards Ari
