“My emails were answered quickly and the product was received quickly. Since the time frame is December 1 for the tastings, I won't know how they are received until after they have tasted the scotch and the gin.”

“Was easy to find what I needed, delivery felt almost overnight - very quick to get to me, which I appreciated. Even though it said it needed a signature, it was left at my front door, which is a little concerning considering the price of what I purchased. One of the corners was a little damaged, but with shipping I do not believe it was Hard to Find Whisky's fault. It would have also been nice to see the price in US dollars since I was purchasing from inside the US.”

“I had a problem with the paypal button (it didn’t work) Which was frustrating. I called the shop and there was no option for me to purchase a tasting voucher over the phone for my brother in laws birthday. I had to persevere with the website. Which did eventually work when proceeding through checkout without clicking on the palpal option. The vouchers did arrive at my BiL’s house in a timely fashion but there is also no option to write a message if sending to someone as a present which is annoying. My BiL hasn’t used his vouchers yet but is looking forward to it. So I can’t comment on anything other than my internet experience which wasn’t easy and the website needs a little work work.”
