“Great products, fantastic customer service, not got around to trying my purchase just yet but, will definitely buy from this store again. I didn’t score them on enquiry replies time as I purchased on a weekend night but, was contacted on the following Monday first thing. Which I though was excellent.”

“After going on a tasting lesson at the shop a few years ago and being impressed with the people and the place, I use them for all my whisky needs. When asked, they are able to provide good advice and steer me in the right direction. Deliveries are on time and packed well. Never any problems (except the one DPD guy who tries to stealthily slip the "you were out" card through my door, not knowing I'm watching). Would be nice if the site had a clear indication on natural colour/non-chill filtered, but nobody else does. I have a new one to try at the weekend.”

“Due to medical issues I am restricted in my use of alcohol. I found the Tanqueray 0% alcohol on your site and decided to give it a try. WOW! It tastes just like the real thing! I also am impressed with the quick delivery time.”

“Delighted when I ordered a special bottling of AnCnoc for my husband’s birthday with an exceptionally attractive signed print which we have had framed and which now hangs in our lounge. Very good service by phone after one hiccup over PayPal for which the link didn’t work!! No delivery charge and next day delivery. One small quibble the label/illustration on the AnCnoc cardboard tube was fixed badly and creased. Very good shipping packaging. Thank you to all team involved.”

“HTFW made shopping easy. I found what I was looking for, ordered it (twice!) and the gifts were on their way, hassle free. I will be ordering from them again. One was delivered on time, the other was just a few days late due to a delay in customs, not the fault of HTFW.”
