“got what I wanted pretty quick delivery no complaints on service, only negative rmark is that the whisky was very expensive, for what it was, BUT it was in stock and delivered promptly”

“It was pretty easy to order the gift voucher I wanted online, and it arrived in time for my friend's birthday. But....there was no option to add a personal message, so I had to alert them beforehand to watch out for the voucher. Not the complete surprise I had hoped to give!”

“bought a bottle but didn't recieve an email of confirmation....i telephone next day to confirm my order....it DID go thru but still did not get an email.....(mis-spelt address probably).....bottle arrived as promised (& that's the main thing)”

“On finding that the whisky I ordered was out of stock, I was immediately telephoned and offered a rare whisky at the same price as I had ordered (half the actual price of the new one). Or wait till my ordered one was in stock. Or full money back. I chose the first option and received next day delivery. Good service.”

“Item ordering process on the website was smooth and slick. Item then arrived quickly. I ordered a Cibi Double glass ("The Blade Runner whiskey glass") which is a solid, heavy nice looking glass. I've always wanted one :-) The only slight issue is that since opening it and removing the small sticker on the base, I have spotted two small blemishes in the glass itself (two what look like "air bubbles" if that makes sense)? At nearly 50 quid (!), these glasses are not cheap and it should really be absolutely perfect, but having removed the sticker from the base, I guess its now none-returnable, so that was a slight down-side to the purchase. Other than that, all good.”
