“Nachdem DPD mein Paket verloren hat und ich doch etwas nervös wurde, wurde mir durch super schnellen Kundenservice und Support sofort geholfen. Ständig war ein Ansprechpartner für mich da und es war absolut gar kein problem ein weiteres Paket erneut mit einem anderen Logistikdienstleister zu versenden. Beim zweiten Versuch hat dann auch alles super geklappt!”
