“HTFW.COM has the best selection of single malt scotch whisky I've seen online at a single vendor and at fair prices! I also greatly appreciate the details published online of each bottle. I always know exactly what I'm ordering. Also, 500 quid in spending gets you free shipping to the US which is fantastic and not common when ordering at other online vendors. They ship orders extremely fast, usually in just one day. Every box I've received is expertly sealed and packed. I've never had any breakage, and the bottles are always in pristine condition! “This is my second review. Excellent service. Always trying to accomodate and willing to make recommandations when requested. Delivery on spot and packaging outstanding. Being from the Caribbean , I can only appreciate this company. Even though I gave them 5 stars , and being my main source of whisky it is sometimes disapointing not to find all wanted bottles. Kudos HTFW”

“Found via Google when looking for an outlet for Norwegian arctic vodka. Slightly cheaper than other outlets and definately cheaper than buying in Norway!!! Arrived two days after ordering. Very well wrapped. Will be ordering from you in future. Well done Hard to Find Whiskey.”

“Excellent customer service. Who would think that it's easier to buy my favorite scotch from the UK, when I'm in the US?! During that latest 10% off event, I tried multiple times to make a purchase. Finally, it appeared to have worked. But it hadn't. Thankfully, a week or so later the great HTFW folks reached out to ask whether I still wanted the purchase. Of course I did, and they honored the 10% off deal. My purchase was delivered quickly -as usual. Thank you for your attention to detail and good customer relations.”
