“On November 26th, I placed my first order for Hard To Find Whiskey. On December 1st I already received my order in Israel. Very fast DHL delivery and excellent packaging. I am very satisfied. Hope to order from here again. Good job!”

“I can't speak for the actual whisky but I was disappointed with the delivery side of things. I received a email saying the delivery would be Monday, nothing came and when I checked tracking the oar et wasn't even in the system. I then got an email saying it would be delivered Tuesday, I waited all day for the parcel but it didn't come and when I checked the tracking it said the driver couldn't find my address. I contacted customer service who asked me to provide more details on where I lived. I gave them what3 words reference for my house. They seemed unconcerned that I'd been told twice the delivery would be made and it hadn't come yet. They told me it couldn't have arrived Monday as I'd not ordered in time, as if I'd just made it up that I'd been told it would come. I then got an email saying it would be delivered Wednesday at 6.30pm. Nothing arrived but at 9pm the driver turned up. I told HTFW and suggested they refund the £5.95 shipping as it had been such a disaster but they just said no, I'd got my order hadn't I? All in all not the level of customer care I'd expect.”

“I've been buying the advent calendars for the last 5 years. Had issues one year (international purchase); customer service was quick and super helpful. Delivery to my door in Canada takes less than a week and products have never arrived damaged. Would totally recommend :)”

“GREAT VALUE AND SERVICE I recently placed 2 orders with HTFW and I received both orders the next day. On my first order, I forgot to use the discount code and emailed them about my mistake and without any fuss they refunded me the £26.50 saving. My purchases were packed very well. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again.”

“HTFW had a great selection of miniatures available to create a scotch tasting experience for my husband for Christmas. I was truly blown away by the quick turn around of HTFW. The order I had placed shipped just 2 hours after I placed it! And, it arrived very quickly considering it had to cross through customs. Arrived about a week or so after I placed the order. Truly I was really impressed by the time and will absolutely look to HTFW in the future because of the experience!”

“Living in the USA I was concerned that my order of the Whisky advent gift ( for my Scottish boyfriend here in the US) would not arrive by Dec 1 as I ordered it only one week ahead. Not only did I get it in time, it arrived in good condition with 3 days to spare- and with regular shipping! He's only had 3 whisky's so far but is enjoying them all! I will definitely be ordering from this company again!”
