“Couldn’t believe how cheap the price was at first however my proper 12 whiskey and the glass came next day in very protective box and Cover. “Sent an email as I wasn't happy with the condition of the item and didn’t get a response. Emailed again and they said I have to send it back for replacement but I couldn't as there wouldn't be enough time. Told them if there is anything else that can be done like a discount but was denied and no further response given.”
