“My favorite scotch is Glen Scotia, which is not available in the states. I order varieties of Glen Scotia from HTFW and I have it within 48 hours here in Alaska. Amazon doesn't deliver that fast to Alaska. Great selection, outstanding customer service.”

“Your customer service is unbelievable. You are totally AWESOME!!! The response time to any question is outstanding. I actually had one damaged bottle out of the three advent calendars I ordered and whoever responded to my email this morning stated that they were dispatching a 5 pack of bourbon to replace my damaged bottle. Thank you so much. It's been a pleasure.”

“Shipping to the United States was pretty fast. Packaging had a couple layers of cushioning to protect the bottle, which arrived intact. Brandy was as advertised. Most South African sellers won't ship to the US, so was glad to find you guys!”
