“Paid for next day delivery at £5.95p and got it after 48 hours. So didn't get it in time for a present. Wouldn't use this company ever again quick at taking your money”

“I ordered 2 advent calendar (1 whiskey and 1 bourbon). Box arrived with major damage. Inside the bubble pack 1 calendar had multiple stains almost looked used. The second has a crunched corner. The two bottles of bourbon I also ordered appear fine. Also was no invoice /packing slip in box. Just a generic flyer saying they'd substituted something with no explanation of what. (Nor did I get a call or email confirming I was okay with it before they did it) Sitting here horribly sad since both advent calendars are not in any shape to give to someone. Will call Monday to discuss with company.”

“Ordered what was shown as Machir Bay 2012 release 3 Year Old and was given 2013 Release instead.Decent enough whisky but not as good as the one that was shown as being on sale on the site.Cant be bothered with the hassle of sending it back , nevertheless very poor, careless and probably illegal service guys.Wont be using the site again and will be telling my whisky pals to avoid the site also.”
