“I've been looking for a certain kind of whiskey for a while now. Found it on HTFW at a reasonable price. I ordered it and I received it in less than a week. I was surprised considering I live in the United States. I would buy again!”

“Paid extra for Saturday delivery as I required the whisky for a gathering on that night. DPD messaged me to say that they could not deliver. I had to contact HTFW but all they could tell me was that they were at the mercy of the delivery company. HTFW didn't seem to care that I had specifically ordered a more expensive Saturday delivery. I had to travel to Leeds from Barnsley to get a suitable bottle of whisky for the event that night. I contacted HTFW again on the following Monday when DPD eventually delivered the bottle that day. HTFW refunded the difference between Saturday delivery and ordinary delivery but quite honestly if I had known that they could not fulfil the order as I required and known their apathy to me Express delivery requirement I would not have ordered from them as I did not want a standard delivery. Not very happy with the service or their approach to it.”

“Let me first say that I am extremely leery when it comes to purchasing anything online through unknown sources. Especially when you're talking about expensive things. I am relieved and beyond satisfied with my experience using Hard to find whisky as a source for my whisky passion. I received my order faster than another I had also ordered a week earlier from a different source. The packaging was perfect in preserving the pristine condition of my investment. Top notch service all around. Great selection of otherwise difficult to procure whisky. Please don't hesitate when considering this company for your liquor and spirit needs. I also live in the US, so I was surprised by the speed in which my package arrived from the UK. You're in good hands here, I promise.”
