“Whisky arrived to the US within a few days. Unfortunately one bottle was broken in shipment. I contacted HTFW that day and by the next morning, I had a the tracking information for the replacement bottle, which also arrived a few days later. The customer service response was within hours. Great support. Will certainly purchase from HTFW again.”

“Good shop, well packed and fast delivery. I have only one point: The shipping cost to europe are high, so that will be a better service, that i can order more then one bottle, not only one. This limitation is not a good thing. But it is a fantastic whisky dealer!! Thank you! Ciao Heiko”
