“I have placed seven orders over the past 18 months and been happy with each. Experience detail: Whisky selection: Very good Web site shopping: Average Price: Reasonable Purchase and Shipping: Very good Wouldn't it be nice to select your flavor profile and get recommendations? Region: Highland, Nose: Floral, Finish: Oily, Peat: Light. Instead, I have spent hours going through their available single malts and having to cross-research the tasting profiles in order to find something that might match my preferences.”

“Great service. Fast delivery. Fantastic prices. I had a shipment that was damaged. I contacted HTFW and the damaged piece was replaced. Not only that but Customs put ugly tape on the display box when it was resealed. HTFW not only replaced the broken glass but also sent a replacement box so I can display my bottle of Scotch. Great and fast response. Thanks HTFW.”

“Hard to find whiskey is a great company, I'm in Michigan and that's the first thing I looked at was can the item be shipped here? It was easy to see on screen next to the item that it could be. I liked that cos' you're not scrolling around after you fall in love with a product and find out you can't get it shipped to you. So I placed my order and shipping was fast, 2 days. Price of item was fair and I will for sure order again from Hard to find whiskey!”

“The site has a tempting palate of whiskies that are normally unavailable in my area, and it is a great marketplace to locate that "just-out-of-reach" bottle. The only setback is that the inventory seems to constantly be out of stock when it comes to some of the more desirable bottles. This can be forgiven considering distilleries can be very discreet and limiting when it comes to their rarer makes, as well as the annoying, and frankly stupid, tariff issue that the U.S. is imposing on the global markets.”
