“HTFW is a great place to find unusual or rare whiskys that hard to find. Their site also is very easy to find the whisky that you are looking for. I also like that they do give you some information about a whisky that some sites do not. Though as a whisky collector would like more information about the individual whisky.”

“I bought a Blade Runner whiskey glass. Pricey! I wish there gift packaging was available, considering the price (~$60 for a single glass), even for a small/reasonable fee. However, customer service was very good: same day email response to my inquiries. I also liked convenient shipping/delivery options to multiple countries. The item was well-packaged against damage and arrived within provided estimates.”

“Hard To Find Whisky has an excellent selection of bottles. I purchased a bottle where there was a slight problem with the condition of the box and the following email correspondence was helpful and prompt, and we quickly reached a positive solution. The speed of the website is a bit slow compared to others, presumably because of the large catalogue of bottles; this could be speeded up by removing the "out of stock" bottles. Overall, I would recommend Hard To Find Whisky because of their range of bottles, quick delivery and good customer service.”

“Great selection of products as well as great communication but the price of shipping to the US is steep. I ran into an issue with customs when shipping two Blade Runner Whisky Glasses to the US due to a very ambiguous item description on the shipping manifest. Apparently "Glasses" was interpreted as "Sunglasses" and caused some confusion that caused a few problems. It took a few additional days for me to clear that up with the courier but after that the items arrived timely and if it wasn't for the customs issue it would have arrived within a couple days. Hopefully in the future they can be a bit more specific on the description such as stating "drinking glasses" to help avoid such issues. However, the communication prior to the order was outstanding. The item was packed well with bubble wrap but the gift box in which the items were contained had a crushed/distressed corner, luckily the actual glasses were in great condition. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase and I'd more than likely order again but as an international customer (from the US) and now knowing what I know about customs, I'd definitely take some precautions and do some additional research prior the next order. I am loving the whisky glasses though...so it was worth it.”

“Shipping was very fast and products ( whisky glasse's from Blade Runner) are as great as I expected! The only thing is that the packaging of these two glasses, which is a beautiful box, has been damaged (I suppose before the shipping) so I was a little bit disappointed”
