“Excellent service, always expertly packed, smoothly shipped, unbelievably prompt given the overseas nature of my orders, heck it is oftentimes faster than when I order from local stores! “As a u.s. customer I gave htfw a shot. I was pleased with the service. Shipping was fast and actually relatively affordable. Only critical point is the bottles were sent out of their cardboard boxes. The boxes were included, just broken down/folded and in one case completely torn. So if you're buying to collect something, or aren't planning to open it right away, that may be a problem.”

“I've ordered several times from HTFW and I must say the service is outstanding. Living over here in the colonies one would expect shipping time to be long and excessive but not with HTFW. My last order was placed on a Monday and arrived on Friday! The whisky was professionally packed and delivered safe and sound. This is a quality business and I will do all my whisky shopping from HTFW going forward!”

The FREE international shipping (for larger orders) makes a very big difference, and the orders arrive much quicker...VERY impressive speed. Often just 3 days to my door, US east coast.
