“Fabulous company. Love the Advent Calendars and other specialty items. Delivery is so quick - I wonder how they do it delivering to the USA. Makes Amazon look like amateurs!”

“Product is EXCELLENT but if you buy a gift don't bother emailing the company to write a card - I was told they would do this but when the product arrived there was no card. It would be a great option to put online for gifts. This is a great product and they ship to the US which is really nice and they have a great inventory of hard to find whiskeys - definitely will order again and again.”

“My rating is a 3 star as there was no way to say this was a gift and be certain that a receipt was not sent and no way to send a gift message with this. I emailed them once I received a confirmation of my order to ask about gift receipts and have not heard back in 8 days. Also it hasn’t arrived yet to its destination, so it seems odd to write a review first. So this review isn’t based on product but rather on the site and customer service. Edited to add that they received my gift today and the note was included! So changing my review to reflect that.”

“I was buying Drinks by the Dram directly but they no longer send to the US so I checked out Hard to Find Whisky. They had what I needed for gifts for friends. Fast shipping, well packed, and what I need! What could be better! I will be back!”

“I ordered a 2019 Whisky Advent Calendar at the last minute, and it was processed and delivered in a timely fashion, arriving in time for our Holiday festivities. Excellent service from HTFW.”

“Received my order quickly however was disappointed that the 2 miniatures complete with cartons were not sent in a cardboard box but were sent in a rolled up Jiffy bag and the minis and cartons did not have any additional bubble wrap to prevent the cartons from being squashed. Considering these minis were not cheap (£25 each) they certainly should have been better protected.”

“HTFW, exceeded my expectations! I live in Kansas City, Missouri . I placed my order late on the 16th of Dec and received my order the 19th! It was carefully wrapped, and all bottles unbroken. Their selection, customer service and delivery is the best around! I will be a life long customer!”

“5 Stars!!! On December the 16th I ordered a Blade Runner glass to give as a Christmas gift. HTFW's website stated they could guarantee shipping to the USA before the 25th. Well, 2 days later I received the Glass. The beautiful glass arrived fast and well packaged. I would order again from HTFW without hesitation.”

“This is a great firm to deal with... They always seem to have what I want, their pricing and service are superb as are their recommendations.....
