“This is the 3rd year now that my husband and his dad have requested one of the tasting experience vouchers. They really enjoy doing them and are gradually working their way through the list! Excellent customer service too.”

“We did a Scottish Highlands whisky tasting session a couple of days ago, it was a Christmas present for my father and my father-in-law. The owner was extremely kind and knowledgeable, he guided us in an engaging way through different kind of whiskies and answered patiently to all our questions. A great experience! Definitely recommended to everyone!!”

“I live in the US, and I ordered my husband the Whisky Advent Calendar on 16 December (albeit late, I know). I received the order today (18 Dec).... in the middle of BFE Kansas, which is in the middle of nowhere in the US if you are not tracking! I cannot believe this made it to me in 2 days. You should know that DHL provides you with wicked fast shipping to your US customers, which could not happen if your organization did not process the orders so quickly upon receipt. Thanks so much for the great customer service! My whisky loving husband is ecstatic for his adult advent calendar, and he cannot wait to catch-up with his days!”

“Easy to use website and (thankfully), easy to find the whisky I wanted. Ordering was straightforward. I was kept in touch throughout by the company regarding the progress of my order and when it arrived (by registered post), I found that it hard been superbly packed. Would definitely use HTFW.com again. Now for the tasting!!!!!!!!!”
