“When I received my original order it came in damaged/tampered with (NO FAULT OF HTFW) and actually appeared to look as if someone who works for my carrier opened the bottle themselves before delivering it as the seal was broken and it had an indentation mark in the top where someone cut the foil. The company packaged the delivery well so I find it hard to believe it was damaged so specifically like that during delivery. They no questions asked sent me a replacement order once the damage was reported. I will definitely order from here again. Excellent customer service, extremely fast delivery (even with the mishap), and quality packaging for the shipment.”

“I could not believe how efficient this company is. And if you are buying certain items that are made in England as I did the price is more affordable. I ordered on a Thursday, order shipped on Friday then I received 1 of three boxes on Monday and 2 on Wednesday so, 4 to 6 days for shipping and no additional customs fees.”
