“This was my first purchase from HTFW, and I couldn't be more pleased, HTFW has set the bench mark for customer service very high. I live in the USA and was slightly skeptical at first about placing an order with a store in the UK, but I had nothing to worry about. Placed the order Sunday and it was on my door step Tuesday afternoon, and I was kept informed every step of the way. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you.”

“HTFW is hands down the best whisky shop in the UK. They are my absolute "go to" for anything whisky related. The website is updated regularly with new stock, staff are unbelievably knowledgeable, and offer real insight into the products they sell; coupled with the genuine passion you can tell they have for whisky. As well as purchasing from the shop direct, I've been to a number of tastings, all have been excellent. I can't recommend the shop and staff highly enough.”
